1.       The Mediator must also be totally optimistic in gathering information about issue.  Mediator should maintain an aim and dispassionate attitudes in front of emotional feelings of clients. He should not vary his questioning and approach techniques when commit to plan. Mediators must have self-control to avoid displays of genuine anger, irritation, and rude attitudes which are mostly represented by parties. He should not emotionally involved with the parties because it will be cause of biasness.
